About
Dr. Ana Curto is an osteologist whose research focuses on the synergy between diet, health, and human metabolism. Her research combines stable isotope ratios, osteology, and paleopathology.
Currently, she is conducting her research at HERCULES Laboratory, at the University of Évora, Portugal.
